I wish my dad had an ARIENS zero turn mower. Peter Williams kindly reviews his new Ariens APEX 52 inch zero-turn mower after purchasing it in early spring. He’s been using it frequently since he purchased it from his local dealer, Hertfordshire Garden Machinery. “It’s a fantastic mower, with a great cutting width. I have about an acre and a half of grassland and I purchased this machine with a view of maintaining my lawn and grounds as pain free and easy as possible. Its manoeuvrability is fantastic and goes right around trees, you hardly need to strim afterwards which is a big bonus. [..] Out of 10, I’d give it 9.9. Not much wrong with this machine, great value for money and I’d highly recommend it”.

Our zero-turn mower is used at a crematorium in Huntingdon and is an absolutely fantastic addition to our fleet. It’s cut is first class and I’ve never experienced anything like it before considering it’s a battery mower. We purchased it through our local dealer Ibbetts in Great Paxton, where the professional service we received was exceptional. The robust and superior build quality has been manufactured to the highest standard, it has great manoeuvrability and is simple to use and can be set up in minutes. I have never come across anything quite like the Ariens battery zero-turn and with the Huntingdon Town Council ethos it fits nicely with our fleet of machinery. I would highly recommend it to other companies looking to purchase a top–quality mower.
As a Grounds Maintenance company in East Kent covering Schools, Council Grounds, Cemeteries, Holiday Parks and Housing estates we need versatile, nibble, reliable machines. At Saltex 2021 our mission was to find a machine that delivered on our objective, and ideally fit inside a standard van, as the nature of some of our sites where parking is a premium means trailers are inconvenient. The Apex 48 fitted the bill perfectly, our local dealer carried stock and we initially ordered 2 machines, we have fitted the mulch kits due to the nature of many of the sites we work on and have found them to be 100% perfect for the job in hand.
